Spent my Christmas holidays in a cozy hotel in the heart of the city where I could enjoy a great view of the city from my spacious room. The staff was friendly, and the room service was prompt. The hotel also offered shuttle service to the airport, which saved me the inconvenience of hailing a cab. I loved the fact that the hotel was located near shopping centers and restaurants, making it convenient for me to indulge in some last-minute shopping and enjoy the local cuisine.
That the hotel lobby could get quite noisy at peak hours, which could be a bit of a distraction if you're looking to get some work done. The Wi-Fi speed was also quite average, which made streaming Netflix or working remotely a bit of a challenge.

The hotel is located in a convenient area near plenty of dining options and shopping. the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the hotel, making it easy to stay connected.
The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired and the bathrooms could have used more attention. The soundproofing could be improved as the noise level from the street was somewhat disturbing.
